We understand that ordering replacement filters can sometimes raise questions, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
We have a 30 day return policy. If you believe a return may be necessary, email info@RX4CleanAir.com to discuss your return with our team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned in the original packaging
